Two ways, and we would rather be plain about which is which. Tampa Bay is where we live and operate — Barrett has been a longtime local here, and the real estate team, the property management operation, and the systems behind them all run out of this market. Everywhere else in Florida, the engagement is remote from start to finish.
Remote is not a compromise. Discovery happens on video, the build happens in your tools, and the handoff happens with recorded training your team keeps. Nothing about an AI voice agent, a lead pipeline, or a back-office workflow requires somebody standing in your lobby.
Tampa Bay is home base
