The $1,497 Growth tier adds monthly optimization, up to five hours of development, and quarterly strategy calls. The $2,997 Enterprise tier is effectively an embedded AI team: unlimited optimization within scope, weekly check-ins, and ongoing new feature development. Most clients with live revenue-generating systems choose Growth or Enterprise.

We watch your automations the way a system administrator watches servers. If your missed-call agent goes silent, if your CRM sync starts dropping records, or if your content publishing pipeline errors out, we get an alert before you notice. We fix the issue and notify you after, unless it is a business decision that requires your input.

Can I pause a retainer if business slows down?

Yes. We require 30-day written notice to pause or cancel. There is no long-term contract on any tier. We have clients who pause seasonally and return every year. We would rather have that relationship than lock you into something that does not work for your business cycle.

Starter tier: 24 hours for non-critical issues, 4 hours for system-down. Growth tier: 4 hours standard, 2 hours for system-down. Enterprise tier: 2 hours standard, 1 hour for anything affecting revenue. All response time commitments are during business hours. After-hours emergencies at Enterprise tier go to a direct line.
